Alexandre-Stéphane Boucher, president and general manager of JCB Construction Canada was recently presented with the Inspiring Young Leader award from the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de la Rive-Sud (CCIRS).
At the 41st edition of the Gala Excellence de la Rive-Sud, Alexandre-Stéphane Boucher, PresidentGeneral Manager of JCB Construction Canada, was awarded the “Inspiring Young Leader” prize by the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de la Rive-Sud (CCIRS).
JCB says the prestigious award from one of the most influential business associations in Quebec highlights the visionary, unifying and deeply human leadership of an individual who is transforming their organization while making a positive impact on their industry. Sponsored by Louis-Alexandre Lehoux, Audit Partner at KPMG, the recognition reflects Boucher’s ability to innovate, rally his teams and lead his company toward excellence.
“Receiving this distinction from the South Shore business community is a tremendous honour,” said Boucher. “But this is far from an individual achievement. More than anything, it is a recognition of the sustained work our entire JCB team carries out every day with rigour, boldness, and commitment.”
“Alexandre truly embodies the kind of leadership our industry needs: people-centred, future-oriented, and determined to make a difference. This award is more than well deserved,” said Denis Massey, vice-president of finance at JCB.
In addition to receiving a Mercure and a Prix Construire, this award joins the list of recent recognitions awarded to Boucher, who was named ÉTS Leadership Ambassador 2024, is a finalist for the 2025 Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec Awards in the Honoris Genius Entrepreneurship category, and was recognized as a 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction honouree by On-Site Magazine last year.
